Terms & Conditions of using our services
1. Your First Clean
Your first clean there is a one-off £10.00 surcharge This covers the extra time needed to get your windows up to our high standard.
A few things to note:
If you cancel after your first clean, any future one-off cleans will be charged at double the regular price.
If you skip a scheduled full clean, we will increase the cost of your next clean to cover our diary adjustments:
- £10 extra for houses up to £40
- £20 extra for houses over £40
2. What We Can Clean
Our pure water system is excellent for general dirt and grime, but it may not remove:
- Builders’ residue (plaster, concrete, paint)
- Stickers or adhesives
- Stains from chemicals or rust
- UV bleaching of window frames
Good news: All our staff are fully trained and fully insured in case of any accidental damage or faults.
If you need a quote for stubborn stains, just let us know!
3. How Often We Visit
We offer visits every 2,4,8 weekly . We ask for a little flexibility due to weather, personal matters allowing a week either side of your scheduled clean.
4. Weather Considerations
We don’t clean in heavy rain, but light rain or short showers won’t affect results. If heavy rain prevents your clean, it will roll over to the next working day. (Subject To Weather Conditions )
5. Turning Us Away / Access Issues
We make time in our schedule just for you, so reliability is key.
Turning us away the day before is fine but a charge of £10.00 for any cleans below £40.00 & £20.00 for any cleans above £40.00 will be added onto your next clean to cover our scheduling.
Turning us away on the day or cancelling the day of your clean will incur 50% of the clean cost to cover our booking and scheduling.
If gates are locked or our team cannot safely access your property on the day, we will charge full price as reminders have been sent the day before to advice you of our attendance. We cannot return unless a full clean is booked.
6. Ending Our Services

we do require at lease 30 days notice or Informed on your last clean as each customer gets a slot booked in and it too late to replace your slot and it affects the day to day running and cash flow of the business.
Please note that cancelling not within the 30 Days notice full charge will apply.
When accepting our services you have agreed to our terms and conditions of using our services.
7. Complaints
If you’re not happy with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean at no extra cost. Complaints after 24 hours may not be eligible.
We operate a no-refund policy, but we’ll always fix work you’re unhappy with free of charge.
8. Confidentiality
Your information is safe with us. We never share details with anyone, in line with the Data Protection Act.
9. Payments
We accept:
- GoCardless – Direct debit collected 5 days after each clean
- Cash or Card in person on the day - If your not in when we attended we will come back @ 8pm on the day to collect payment
- We no longer accept Bank Transfers due to issues in the pass with customers not paying on time.
Note: If a payment fails, we may pause services until it’s resolved and the matter may be passed over to Debt Recovery Agents to recover costs outstanding and extra cost will incur.
10. Health & Safety
All cleaning is done safely from the ground.
Please keep pets and children away from the work area.
We will not climb fences or roofs or carry out cleans on ladders. we will only use ladders to access areas to get to if it safe
to do so.
11. Liability
We are fully insured and take care to avoid damage. We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile/unsafe structures.
12. Rescheduling / Special Circumstances
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Short notice may incur charges.
We may postpone or decline cleaning if conditions are unsafe or access is blocked.
13. Marketing / Photography
Sometimes we take photos of our work for marketing. Let us know if you’d prefer us not to.
